For subscription or retainer arrangements, you may access a client billing portal powered by Stripe to manage invoices, payment methods, and billing history.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to perform consulting services, including required tax forms (e.g., W-9s) and signatures via approved digital signature platforms such as Google Workspace eSignature.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, text, graphics, and content on this Site are owned or licensed by Ayn Baal LLC and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both Ayn Baal LLC and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public business, technical, or financial information exchanged as part of a professional engagement, except as required by law.
